Refund policy

OUR CONTRACT

All order requests received are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Amalfi Floral Design, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order. Acceptance of your offer and completion of the contract between us only takes place when we start to process your order.

 

DELIVERY

As a part of the checkout process on this website, you will be able to select the date for the delivery of your order. We will make every effort to satisfy your selection, but this cannot be guaranteed. You will not be able to schedule your delivery at checkout. If you require your order by a certain time, it is recommend that you select "Click and Collect" or the "Pick Up" option where you will be able to collect your flowers at the required time.

Incorrectly supplied addresses are the liability of the sender and items delivered will not be refunded or replaced. 

Updating of shipping and delivery addresses will be subject to higher fees where the new address is a greater distance from the studio. 

If you wish to have an item collected and delivered to a new address, a custom fee will be calculated to supply an Amalfi Staff Member to travel to and collect the item, then deliver to the new address and return to the studio. This will be calculated at $50 per hour and $1.71 per km. 

  

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you wish to alter your order or subscription, please do so by contacting Customer Care at hello@amalfi.net.au. We'll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and in relation to card messages) where we receive not less than 36 hours notice.

 

YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Event and Wedding Orders cannot be cancelled within 21 hours of the preselected delivery date for any reason.

You can cancel daily bouquet orders by giving us not less than 36 hours notice prior to the requested delivery date. In those circumstances, a full refund will be given. If a lesser period of notice is given, we will only give a refund if we have not started the preparation of your order at the time notice is given. The easiest way to cancel your order is to call or email hello@amalfi.net.au.

REFUND POLICY

Amalfi Floral Design goes to great lengths to source the very best flowers and products for our customers. Flowers sold online are perishable and a flower's life span is dependent on the variety, season, environment and care, resulting in varied life spans for different flowers.

Flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced can be replications of images online 100 % of the time. By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and produced goods.

You can generally expect your flowers to last 3 -7 days provided they are cared for correctly.

5 steps that will help your flowers to last as long as possible: 

  1. You’re bouquet must be unwrapped immediately upon delivery.
  2. Once unwrapped, stems should be cut on an angle (in or under running water if possible) as soon as you receive the flowers and placed into a vase full of fresh water.
  3. Ensure the vase that is used is clean and filled full with fresh water
  4. Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water completely every two days
  5. Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight
  6. Keep the flowers away from drafts and air-conditioning

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with the presentation of your flowers on receipt in anyway, Amalfi must be immediately and within 24 hours of collection or delivery so that we may remedy your concerns. You may be invited to return your product to the studio for rewrapping or replacement.

If you feel the flowers have not lasted for at least 3 days (including the day of receipt) let us know within this time by calling or emailing us. Amalfi Floral Design reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. Amalfi Floral Design requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to our team within 3 days of delivery.

To assist us in quality control, we may request to collect the original flowers. Regrettably, we cannot arrange a redelivery of replacement flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable. 

Any refunds will be processed on via the same method of payment. Electronic refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - IN-STORE PURCHASES

If your would like to return or change a product in-store, please email hello@amalfi.net.au with the details of your purchase. Once processed a credit will be issued. 

WORKSHOPS

Please ensure to wear closed toe shoes with a grip on the sole. We do not have aprons, but please bring one with you if you wish to wear one.

Our workshops have a minimum number of sign ups required to run the class. In the event that a workshop does not have enough attendees enrolled, we may have to cancel and reschedule your booking. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund, receive a credit, or you can transfer this to another class.

By enrolling at our workshop, you agree that you will apply with all safety precautions during your visit and that Amalfi holds no liability for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property, or any physical injuries obtained during the workshop. 

If an attendee is more than 30 minutes late, they may be turned away with no option to refund or reschedule. This is in order to not disrupt the rest of the class. 

Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded, however you are free to transfer your place at your own discretion to another person.

We do not offer to reschedule or refund for attendees that have not shown up. 

After finishing your creation and taking it with you, Amalfi is not responsible for the quality or lifespan of your arrangement. 

For any changes to your booking, we must be notified in writing by email hello@amalif.net.au

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept  Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details unless held for security on hire items. After safe return of the hire items, your details will be destroyed.
